When will my mala be shipped?
Custom made malas ship out in around 2 weeks- sometimes I have to go on a quest to find the perfect beads for our vision. Ready-to-ship malas ship within a week.
What if my mala breaks?
Sometimes malas break! It's a reminder of impermanence and a chance to reflect. You could embrace the fallen beads and let them go; or gather them up and we can make something new. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and possibly a fee for additional beads (depending on what you are wanting) but I am more than happy to create a new/old mala for you.
Can I get a refund for my mala?
Each mala is one of a kind, so there are no refunds. If you aren't feeling it, maybe pass it on to a friend or stranger with your best wishes.
